The human body and mind is hardwired and completely designed for habitat here on planet earth. There'd have to be some very carefully crafted sensitized atmosphere modifiers, gravity generators and radiation filters to emulate earth-like environments terraforming the extra terrestrial planets identically, otherwise we're not likely to survive.
It perplexes me to think of Steve Judd having much high regard for Terrence Mckenna and a lot of America's LSD &psychedelic drug promoters given a lot of Jan Irvin & cohorts outing them as "lifetime actors" pushing b.s. hedonism on a bizarre disinfo controlled opposition campaign.
